Please let us know asap how you can help. With regards to donations, if you run a business or know someone who runs a local business that would like to support our cent auction, we would be most grateful to receive items or vouchers to make up our prizes. If you would like to sponsor, support or donate prizes to our Carnival, please contact us on events@glps.qld.edu.au

Volunteering

• We are looking for volunteers for each year level stall. If you are happy to help for any time on the afternoon/night, please see your class teacher!
• We need a team of strong helpers for the morning of the Twilight Carnival to assist with heaving lifting and setting up of items such as; tables,
marquees, seating, moving furniture etc

Donations

Please deliver to reception
• LOTS of bags of chocolate (eg. snack size bags works best i.e. milky ways, mars bars etc)
• LOTS of bags of lollies
• Plants & plant pots to decorate (bring in first week of term 2 please!)
• New & used books
• New and used gold & glitter decorations! (old Christmas decorations, fairy lights etc)
